What We Are Doing To Keep Our Customers And Associates Healthy

At White Horse, our top priority is the health, safety and well-being of our associates, our customers and our communities.

Like so many of you, we are closely monitoring COVID-19. In this letter, we share the additional measures we are taking, above and beyond our normal diligent protocols while following CDC recommendations, to ensure everyone who visits White Horse will do so in the safest possible environment.

What We Are Doing

  1. We are allowing customers who are on a monthly plan to simply give us a thumbs up — We will guide you in, with no person-to-person interaction, for exterior washes only w/tires.
  2. If you are a paying customer, our cashiers will keep a safe distance, wear gloves that will be changed out consistently and continually disinfect the point of sale station.
  3. For those receiving an interior cleaning, our first step will be to disinfect the steering wheel, gear selector and driver side door panel.
  4. Our staff is being monitored daily on health, and no staff member with any symptoms will remain on site.
  5. We will also disinfect the areas touched before you are asked to enter your car again.
  6. Waiting areas, bathrooms and door handles will be cleaned hourly as well as at the beginning and end of each day with solution known to kill all bacteria.
  7. We are fully following CDC protocols with hand sanitizing stations all around the wash property.

How Our Guests Can Help

All of us at White Horse are committed to providing a level of service that is safe and practical at this time. While we are taking the necessary precautions on our end, there are also some guidelines our guests can follow to continue our focus on health and safety.
  1. Visit our website before you arrive so you know which wash package you would like.
  2. If you can, please come on your own to limit the number on patrons on the wash property. 
  3. Extend your arm fully with a credit card or cash when handing payment to a cashier.
  4. Stay in your car until directed by a White Horse associate to get out in the bay area. 
  5. Practice social distancing, keeping a 6 ft. gap between yourself and other customers.
  6. If you are feeling ill or have a temperature, please do not visit.
  7. Regularly wash your hands and use available sanitizer stations.
  8. Do not have physical contact with associates.
  9. For scheduled details, please leave the property and pick up at the designated time.
